Stunning large gym space completed recently in Woking.

This client approached us to create a space that would be used for a gym, needing to be a minimum of 3m tall, with lots of space for heavy gym equipment and a sauna.

The room itself is 5m wide by 6m deep, it has tall aluminium bifolds on the front for lots of natural light, we also added a rooflight.

Internally the flooring is 60mm thick rubber matting (designed for high impact heavy weights), matt black paint on the skirting, walls and ceilings.

Quotation

Upon agreement, we will send you a contract and invoice for a deposit to secure the next available slot.

Fixtures and Fittings

We will send you an email with the next steps, which includes a variety of options such as flooring, skirting, and door configurations. You will have ample time to review and make decisions before the build starts.

Pre-site Visit

About a week before the start date, James, the other brother, will come out for a pre-site visit to ensure access is okay and to discuss the plan. At this point, most clients change their mind for something bigger or fancier after seeing our social media projects!

Work Begins

We begin the construction process! You will be added to a WhatsApp group with both brothers for quick and easy communication throughout the build.

Quality Monitoring

Your dedicated team will be with you throughout the process, with James dropping in at certain stages to check on progress and make sure everything is on track.

Seal of Approval

Once the garden room is complete, our team will self-snag it before James comes out for the final inspection and handover. We will then proudly add our Jordan Brothers sign to your garden room, signifying our pride and satisfaction with the finished product.
